           · Extensive Interview with at least one Placement Specialist
           · Immediate Reference Checks
           · Sign a confirmation of receipt of the:
                  "NYC Department of Consumer Affairs: Statement of Employee Rights and Employer Responsibilites."

           · Green Card or Passport
           · Resume and Reference Letters (not required, but highly recommended)
