Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Must be flexible to work weekends. Job is from April to October.
 
Requirements/Duties:

• Must be legal.
• Must be able to operate the following: A commercial walk-behind mower, a string trimmer, a blade trimmer, a backpack and/or walk-behind leaf blower, a medium-sized tractor with a front-end loader and brush cutter.
• Some knowledge of annual and perennial flowers would be helpful but it is not a requirement.
• Weeding of borders.
• Basic outdoor cleaning and removals.
• Raking.
• Shoveling.
• Spreading gravel.
• Planting with close supervision.

Salary: $20 per hour.

A large private estate is in need of two addition to their Property Maintenance Team! This job starts ASAP and will end in October/November. Must have knowledge of the following equipment: Mowers, Riding Mowers, Electric Saw, Medium Size Tractor, Backpack & Walk Behind Leaf Blowers, Blade Trimmer, and String Trimmer.
 
Important Notes/Requirements:

• Experience is essential.
• Must have references with contact information.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Perennial flowers and planting is a big plus!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, a 40 hour work week which requires flexibility on the weekends. Overtime is provided.
 
Salary: $20 per hour and you will be provided lunch.
