“Hi Glenn how are you? I hope you are well and healthy, I have been a private chauffeur for over 20 years with a A-List family, and unfortunately with this pandemic and employer life change they had to let me go. You employed my parents with a Wonderful family in 1988,  I’m reaching out to you to see if you have any chauffeur position available.” Greenhouse is very proud and happy to received this kind of letters.

Greenhouse wishes you a harvest of blessings, good health and good times. Showing gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful things human can do for each other. If you do plan to attend a gathering in a county that is in the Yellow, Orange, or Red Zone, make sure your plans align with the New York State zoning guidelines. Always wear a mask, stay physically distant from others, and wash or sanitize your hands.

Life is short. I encourage you to explore. You may find that you like sushi you want to live in England you’re a Voodoo Priestess eating dessert before dinner isn’t going to kill you purple hair looks great on you swimming in the ocean is fun petting a cat isn’t all that scary We have all lived our lives based on experience and/or our parents rearing, but they taught us what they knew. It is up to us to go beyond and if we come back that’s great. Just don’t be afraid. Its what makes us really love one another [ Read the rest…]

Late New Yorkers!

On top of that, I live all the way in Canarsie, Brooklyn (That means far, far away in another galaxy).  So if you are from New York this blog is for you! What do I mean by; New Yorkers are always late???  Maybe it’s our [ Read the rest…]

Sad woman with tissue and medicines lying on bed

We all know that getting sick is never fun and there is nothing good about it……..Especially during this time of Covid -19. So here is a story that many of you may relate too. It all started on a Friday, with a regular yearly doctor check up. First the long waiting, filling out documents and then the nurse called me in. Well you know how it goes next.  This time my doctor strongly recommended I take the flu shot. To be honest I really don’t like taking it and I haven’t taken the flu shot in a long time. But [ Read the rest…]

Many working parents and nannies are trying to figure out how to manage the situation. Parents are looking for nannies that not only can nurture their kids but can also tutor/teach different grade levels. And nannies are feeling the pressure of extra work for the same amount of money. And on top of that most of the positions are required to live in. Families are even asking nannies if they can move in with them completely (7days/24hrs). The job of a nanny is so unique? You could say it involves unique personal interaction with the Boss. They work long hrs [ Read the rest…]
