Live in Caretaker needed.

Job is live in five days flexible schedule,working weekends.
Must be legal to work.
Fluent English speaking.
Must work as a team.
Must drive, with clean driving record,do errands and shopping etc.
Must have experience and references taking care of a hugh estate.
Job is taking care of two houses.
Therefore the house needs to be checked daily.
The care taker really need to know everything there is about a house of this size,boilers,freezing pipes,running the faucets daily,flushing the toilet daily,cleaning the gutters,clearing fallen tress which happens frequently due to the bad weather,cleaning gutters,pool maintenance.
Mow the lawn,remove the leaves in the fall and in the winter constant snow removal.
Interacting with the vendors to do work on the property.
