Position	Housekeeper/Nanny
Schedule	This position is live-out scheduled Saturday & Sunday 7am-9pm when working in the Manhattan townhouse but will be live-in during July & August at the Southampton home. Must be flexible to work two nights during the week (4pm to 9pm) with total 38 hours weekly.
Location	Upper East Side, NYC & Southampton, NY
Salary	$25 per hour + DOE (on the books)

Job Information	This family requires someone with long term formal references Requirement/Duties: A high end family is seeking a professional housekeeper to take charge in the maintenance of their beautiful 7 story Manhattan townhouse & Southampton home. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes and will be responsible for all housekeeping as well as assisting in childcare for 11 years old child. Other responsibilities include but not limited to. · Home Organizing. · Detailed cleaning. · Wonderful laundry and ironing skills. Additional qualities needed are: · Legal status to work in the United States · Speak fluent English · Meticulous on the job · Dog friendly (2 dogs) · Must love children.
