Must have prior experience managing large households as well as staff, with verifiable references to match. Candidate must be tech/computer savvy, with knowledge of security cameras, etc.
Able to oversee/deal with vendors, contractors (house is under renovation), deliveries. Must drive + car.

Someone with common sense, reliable, flexible and with a patient personality.
Must have a strong background in House managing!!
