A live-in/live-out Assistant House Manager is needed!

Schedule: Monday to Friday during Fall/Winter and Wednesday to Sunday during the Summer.
 
Family Consists of: 2 adults, a teenager, and a dog.
 
Requirements/Duties:

• Must be legal and able to drive.
• Must have a clean background.
• Must have experience working as a team.
• Must be able to work as a Houseman when the Houseman is on vacation.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Must be able to perform Butler duties.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning high-end furniture, artwork, silver, china, and linen.
• Must be able to set and serve a formal table.
• Must be able to pack/unpack, perform pet care, greet the guests, answer the phone, and act as the gatekeeper.
• Must have knowledge of wines and liquors.
• Must have verifiable references and formal experience is necessary.
• Must have a clean background, including driving.

Salary: $120,000 per year (Gross) with excellent benefits including a 401K plan.
