The Executive Suite of prestigious Financial District Company is in need of an experienced Corporate Butler/Etc.

The ideal Candidate will have experience working in a Corporate environment providing Private Service tasks and responsibilities to high level Executives, guests etc.

Maintenance of Kitchen areas, dining room, meeting rooms etc is required. Related Residential, Hotel or Country Club experience will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DETAILS:

• Assure all meeting areas, kitchen, dining areas are in “ready to use” condition at all times.
• Oversee inventory for all needed supplies.
• Be proficient in silver service, French service, tray service.
• Greet guests and immediately see to their needs.
• Be able to blend in and not be intrusive while performing tasks.
• Plan, set up, order Food & Beverages for meetings, etc.
• Clean up after meetings and meals.
• Must be a Team Player, not afraid to get your hands dirty and pay attention to detail.
