Must be a great handyman!! Maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters. Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves, etc). Familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections: Pool and spa. Understand control panels and functions.

Assist housekeepers with heavy duty cleaning
Greet and receive family and guests
Supervise children and their friends when in the pool areas (indoor and outdoor)
Work closely with chef for kitchen operations, set and serve dinner
Drives family or staff, runs errands
Experience in wine varietals and wine service
Maintain silverware inventory and email it to estate manager
Be familiar with emergency response, alarm system and power outage procedures
5 years experience or more needed in a formal home

Schedule:
Thursday – Monday / 50 hrs per week (Live-In 3xs a week)
