Requirement/Duties:
Strong Executive Housekeeper:
Duties include routine cleaning tasks and deep cleaning. Handle all laundry and ironing. Care for fine garments and hand washing is a plus. Care for fine art, antiques, and furniture. Oversee all vendors and contractors. Plan and prepare basic meals. Set and serve the table.
Strong and Polished Houseman/Driver:
Excellent driving skills needed. Tend to the upkeep on vehicles. Perform handyman services. Help caretaker to maintain landscaping and gardening. Set and serve the table. Understand general household property maintenance and systems.
Couple must be legal to work in the United States and have excellent communication skills. Experience working as a live-in Couple is a must. Both should be energetic, reliable, flexible, and have a pleasant disposition. Should have the ability to work alone and with other household staff. Weekends are required. Traveling with the family in Main & Up State NY will be needed. Must love children. Have no allergies to dogs.
