Personal Assistant Family Assistant needed for a family in Manhattan Upper East Side, NYC.

Job is live out Monday – Friday, 10am – 7:30pm.

Minimum 3 years related experience and childcare experience needed. Verifiable references. Ability to take directions and follow instructions. Mac computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite. Must know how to organize and maintain calender’s.

Manage and supervise staff. Take an active role in the staff’s work. Manage deliveries,repairs and vendors. Manage and coordinate parties and greet guests. Fielding phone calls, emails and mail correspondence.

Must be legal and fluent English Speaking.

Salary: 60-65K gross yearly pay – DOE.
