This busy family on a large estate in Kings Point is looking for a hardworking and skilled Assistant House Manager who can be very hands-on, has good presentation, and has at least 8 years experience working in formal HNW homes (3-5 years with one family). Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing staff.
- Managing staff schedules.
- Supervising & training staff.
- Managing proposals & contracts.
- Planning events and parties for up to 70 guests.
- Working with the estate manager.
- Setting & serving a formal table.
- Organizing his and her closets.
- Helping pack luggage for travel.
This is a full-time five day work week role with two days off. Candidate must have schedule flexibility to suit this role. Additional qualifications for this role include:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must speak great English.
- Being able to drive their own car.
- Being able to live-in 2-3 days a week.
- Having great interpersonal skills.
- Having a quiet demeanor and being able to be discreet.
- Respectful of the clients’ privacy.
- Having a service mentality and being able to pitch in everywhere.
Salary is set at $100,000-$120,000 per year plus Health Insurance and a 401K.
