Candidates must be legal and have long-term references. Must know how to serve formally. Must be a handyman and have extensive knowledge of electric systems (generators & security systems). Must drive and be flexible with work hours. Must be able to live-in twice a week. Must be child and pet friendly. Salary is $80,000 per year plus full benefits & a 401(k).
