This couple with 6 college-age kids is seeking a proactive, organized, detail-oriented, discrete and reliable candidate to assist and manage a large property in Villanova, PA. The successful candidate will manage and train staff of 4, hire when needed, update household inventories, monitor maintenance of two homes, interface with vendors, inspect properties, care for the pets, coordinate travel arrangements. Requirements include 3-5 years related experience, discretion and confidentiality, fluent English, good computer knowledge, clean driver’s license, love of dogs and cats. Job can be live-in or out.

5 days flexible, including some weekends when needed
