Requirement/Duties:
This position requires someone who has long term reference/experience working for a High End families.
* Great computer skills/Tech Savvy
* Strong organization skills
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
* Detail Oriented
* Available to create from general appointments to arranging family birthdays and travel arrangements, events, etc.
* Administrative work, billing, checkbooks, filing, bank reconciliations, preparing reports, payroll system, etc.
* Quickbooks, Excel, Word knowledge
* Care for vendors, contractors
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. As well as: be tech savvy, have tremendous organization skills & able to multitask.
Interviews will be this week and job starts A.S.A.P.
