Seeking flexible Top-Notch Chef that is capable of preparing/cooking meals for a large family for 5-6 days/week.

Must have experience cooking farm-to-table meals with natural ingredients, Familiarity with French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Persian cuisines are a huge +++, able to travel between the Hamptons & domestically, serve and set tables, and manage food inventory. A clean driving record is needed as well as your own car.
