Must have excellent healthy gourmet cooking skills and a nice presentation. Have to be able to cook lunch and dinner daily and sometimes dinner parties for 8-10 people. This is a semi-formal home. You will be in charge of keeping the kitchen area clean and doing all shopping, so you must be able to drive, make a bed in the mornings, and help part-time housekeeper when needed.

This job is for someone who knows formal table setting, loves to cook, can drive, old fashion work ethic!

A distinguished lady, residing in Locust Valley, Long Island, is looking for a live-in Cook to care for her culinary needs. This job requires preparing lunch and dinner, doesn’t have to be a culinary school graduate but have great cooking skills and love for good food. Nothing too fancy. Must work on Saturdays and have a nice appearance and attitude. Responsibilities include: daily meal planning, following recipes as needed, restocking pantry, keeping kitchen area clean, setting the table, serving, household shopping, cook lunch and dinner.

All candidates should have live-in experience, be interested in long-term, be able to work weekends, have a valid driver’s license, be legal to work, and speak English.

Schedule is 5 days flexible and salary is $100K plus health insurance. Immediate start.

Friendly, creative couple with 2 children, ages 5 & 6 (boys) seeking a bright, warm live-in nanny who can cook to provide some childcare, prepare healthy meals, and maintain household upkeep. Solid knowledge of cooking and preparation of healthy meals and snacks for the children 5 days per week. A good amount of flexibility is required as the career demands of the parents are non-traditional and include a schedule which can fluctuate and change. Part-time Housekeeper and afternoon Nanny currently on staff. Regular schedule is 5 days per week, 12-8, with flexibility during travel times. Children are in school 5 days per week from 9am – 3pm and afternoon nanny takes lead on organization of children’s schedules. Live-in accommodations at home in Manhattan, ~ 45 hours per week.
