Care for vendors, deliveries, contractors, etc. Maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters. Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves, etc). Pet care, dog, vet appointments.

Must drive + clean record
At least 5 years experience or more needed in a formal home
