We are looking for a Family Assistant/Household Manager that is very flexible and willing to wear many hats.

Schedule usually is Live Out-In Monday to Friday but willing to work weekends when needed. And should be available 24/7. Need great computer skills, be hands on with thick skin.

Manage staff, run errands, shop, drive, keep inventory. Able to manage projects, including scheduling, accounts payable, coordinate traveling arrangements, pet care, assist in the kitchen, setting the table, etc.

Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 yrs Formal experience
Must drive and have a clean record
Able to cook healthy meals
Fluent English
Tech Savvy
Pet lover

This is a family of six with busy schedules. Fully Staffed.
Job is between PA and NJ. Must be someone flexible to live in when needed.
Pay is 60K-90K Gross + 2weeks vacation

A formal family of Two with fully staffed homes is looking for a full time Houseman/Driver
To deliver high level of service to the family and their guests. All traditional responsibilities of a Houseman/Driver. Excellent English and Old World Service Skills is what’s needed. Also, Excellent References in the “Personal/Private Service Industry.”
-Assist housekeepers with heavy duty cleaning
-Greet and receive family & their guests
– Lots of Driving including in NYC, with good driving skills and history a must
-Work closely with chef for kitchen operations, set and serve formal dinner
– Must get along with other Staff runs errands
-Knowledge of mechanical & electronic systems. Smart phone Savvy, Smart Home familiarity
-5 years experience or more needed in a formal home

– Days off are Mondays & Tuesdays. Sleeping over could be expected on Weekends.
