We are currently looking for a strong administrative support employee. Below is a description of what to expect:

• Maintain status updates for weekly meeting with agency partner and clients
• Schedule all meetings
• Arrange travel
• Coordinate logistics associated with Internal Activation Events (Irvine and Orlando)
• Prepare and upload relevant PRC documentation
• Maintain meticulous documentation
• Participate in internal activities for client
• Review all work for final production for accuracy
• Collect and compile infographic data
• Keep accurate records and reports
• Manage image and stock music licensing and schedule with Art Buyer and Content Produce
• Handle special projects as assigned

Pays is 50K (DOE).
