Butler/House Mgr. Must have experience working with other staff. Knowledge of fine art, crystal, silver along with EXTENSIVE Familiarity with WINES! Very organized. Must have at least 5 yrs working in a large formal home requiring supervisory responsibilities over other staff. Must have high energy level.

• *** Must have all traditional Butler skills! Ie: Table Service, greeting guests, handling packages/deliveries, Valet, Wine Cellar etc.
• *** Must have impeccable presentation and appearance!
• *** Must speak excellent English with second language a plus!
• *** Must drive!

The Executive Suite of prestigious Financial District Company is in need of an experienced Corporate Butler/Etc.

The ideal Candidate will have experience working in a Corporate environment providing Private Service tasks and responsibilities to high level Executives, guests etc.

Maintenance of Kitchen areas, dining room, meeting rooms etc is required. Related Residential, Hotel or Country Club experience will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DETAILS:

• Assure all meeting areas, kitchen, dining areas are in “ready to use” condition at all times.
• Oversee inventory for all needed supplies.
• Be proficient in silver service, French service, tray service.
• Greet guests and immediately see to their needs.
• Be able to blend in and not be intrusive while performing tasks.
• Plan, set up, order Food & Beverages for meetings, etc.
• Clean up after meetings and meals.
• Must be a Team Player, not afraid to get your hands dirty and pay attention to detail.

WHAT:
Must be a great handyman!! Maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters. Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves, etc). Familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections: Pool and spa. Understand control panels and functions.

Assist housekeepers with heavy duty cleaning.

Greet and receive family.

Work closely with chef for kitchen operations, set and serve formal dinner.

Drives family or staff, runs errands.

Experience in wine varietals and wine service.

5 years experience or more needed in a formal home.

WHEN: Work 5 days (Live-In 3xs a week).
