Born in France, he is a US citizen with valid passport, excellent presentation and fit, worked for 4 years as private chef of a well-known billionaire at his multiple homes, and most recently with a founding member of LinkedIn and Facebook in California. Prior, he has had experience at several Michelin 3-star-restaurants including Restaurant Daniel and Troigros. He will no longer consider anything but private chef jobs.
 
He is very hardworking, has a great service mentality, varied palette of cuisines at his disposal, is widely traveled, and unfailingly polite and polished. He is currently available and can interview/trial right away. His asking salary is $250K.

This very prominent and formal family of 2 with 2 dogs is seeking a French chef who has at least 8 years experience in top Manhattan households, who can cook lunch for a staff of eight and elaborate dinners for the principals. Healthy and innovative cuisine with wonderful presentation is a must. This family is used to the best gourmet food and wants to recreate 3-star Michelin restaurant food at their large home. Candidate must be neat, fit and have great culinary skills. Job is live-out in the city but there will be 5-6 weeks in Santa Fee and some weekends in the Hamptons. It’s an amazing opportunity for a qualified candidate.
 
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, Friday & Saturday off.
 
Salary: $150,000 per year plus full benefits and a yearly bonus.
