An elite high-end family is seeking a gourmet cook to prepare and create meals. You would be responsible for cooking dinner 5 days a week for 5 people (family of 4 + the Nanny) and preparing lunches in advance for one of the children. Candidate must have experience cooking/serving in a formal home. We’re looking for someone that’s a self starter with great energy, must have great references as well. Experience with Latino style meals is a plus! Schedule of employment is full-time 5 days a week with the day starting at 3-4 PM and ending when all tasks are completed. You will have 2 days off during the week which are also flexible. Pay will be dependent on experience.

This well-known family wants a farm-to-table chef who can cook all-natural food from different regions and cuisines. Everything must be made from scratch. Client is used to top restaurants like Daniel, Jean Georges, and Le Bernardin and wants to replicate the food at home, but sometimes they like a juicy burger or mac and cheese. Candidate must be easy going, fit and energetic, flexible and good-natured. Summers are spent in the Hamptons and there is some travel to their other house in Palm Beach.
