This is a full-time, year-round position in Southampton! Excellent references which can be verified is a must! Good English is important.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The lady has to be a very good Housekeeper/Cook.
• Casual environment but guests on occasion. Will cook and serve for family and company.
• You will be maintaining outdoor areas and furniture. Decks, patios, swimming pool, walkways, vehicles, etc.
• Should work well as a team!
• Have experience working for families in busy large houses.
• Both candidates must drive.
• Some Handyman and mechanical experience/knowledge is a big plus.
• Must be willing to come to NYC apartment during the off-season on occasion. Can be 2-3 days per week!
• Must have great check-able references and/or at least 3 years of related experience. Separate references for Couples who have not worked together but do have very good domestic/household experience and skills will be considered!
