Job Details:

• Indoor housekeeping, laundry, ironing, polishing, organizing, and care for fine arts & antiques.
• Pool, maintaining storage areas, outdoor cleaning, power washing, etc.
• Running errands, driving (Must gain a familiarity with local roads), car maintenance/cleaning.
• Must have good to excellent cooking skills, handling vendors/contractors/etc. as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, cooking skills, fluent English, and also Spanish speaking is a big plus.
• Must have five or more years experience in a home/estate with check-able references.
• Must have worked as a couple, or have solid work experience as a Houseman and Housekeeper.
• Must have good references which can be contacted!

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
