Additional Staff: Fully staffed

Duties: Will manage many diverse and complex projects simultaneously. Reports directly to the COS and CAO and communicates regularly with household, property, and office managers across four international residences. Supervision of NY domestic staff and vendors. Additional duties include:

• Create and maintain household inventories.
• Facilitate household repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Oversee construction projects.
• Care for decorative arts and objects.
• Coordinate the purchase and shipment of items bound for other properties.
• Track and record household utility expenses.
• Research and implement best Domestic Science tools.
• Place weekly grocery orders.
• Track all personal care items across all properties.

Qualifications: Detailed and organized individual who works well under pressure. Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience working in a cooperative apartment building, along with comprehensive oversight of constructions and renovation projects, would be preferred. Must have great references!
