Ideal candidate has an apartment in NY but can live-in 2-3 days a week and be flexible. Must take care of and walk the dogs, do detailed deep cleaning, polish silver, have many years of experience and desire long-term employment. Six months of the year are spent in Palm Beach estate (with separate apartment). Must be fit, energetic, smart and proactive, and be able to drive in Florida.
