This is a live-in job with 70% housekeeping work & 30% nanny work. Must love dogs!

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be flexible to work weekends during the summer.

Job Requirements/Duties:

• Must be hands-on.
• Must be proactive, ready, willing, and able to perform duties.
• Must have long-term NYC references.
• Cooking meals only for the children, laundry, ironing, full housekeeping and childcare.
• Walking the dog. Must be someone that can manage the house. Travel to the Hamptons during the summer. (Must work well with the extra staff in the Hamptons house.)

• Must be able to travel internationally.
• Must be very flexible.
• Must be a good role model with the ability to instill good manners.
• Must know how to swim.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must have long-term formal Manhattan references (5 years with one family is a big plus.)
• Good presentation.
• Must be active and sweet, with common sense.
• Some housekeeping, laundry, and ironing.
• Maintain a neat and organized home.
• Packing and unpacking every time the family travels.
• Cooking for the children.
• Must be a team player (must be able to work with the other housekeepers on staff)

The perfect Nanny/Housekeeper can assist with homework, take the kids to school and pick them up, set up play-dates and can maintain a tidy and neat home. Must be able to make healthy snacks and meals for the children.
