eating dessert before dinner isn’t going to kill you

swimming in the ocean is fun
petting a cat isn’t all that scary
We have all lived our lives based on experience and/or our parents rearing, but they taught us what they knew. It is up to us to go beyond and if we come back that’s great.
Just don’t be afraid.
Its what makes us really love one another and more importantly
YOURSELF
