lenn began in the “family business” more than 30 years ago, by coming to work for his Father, Martin Greenhouse. He often recounts how nervous he was, when at 19 years
old his Father forced him to pick up the phone and speak with David Suskind. This was to be the first of dozens of phone calls and meetings to come for Glenn……with Celebrity Clientele. Glenn considers himself very fortunate to have spent his life working at a job he truly loves and as he puts it: “earn a comfortable living at the same time.”

Glenn is tremendously proud of his three sons, all of which have graduated college and have found their own, independent career paths. Glenn and his wife, Yulia have one more to go, a beautiful, gregarious and intelligent teenage daughter, who is in the process of preparing for her College experience. Glenn will tell you: “If I thought raising three sons would be “challenging” at times, I had no idea, what was in store, in raising a daughter.”

enise Behnke is a native New Yorker, having been born and raised in Freshmeadows, Queens.

After attending Queens College, Denise began a career in Hospital Administration.

In the mid 1990′s, with a yearning to change careers, Denise started her search for a job as a Personal Assistant to an affluent family.  This brought her to Martin Greenhouse. The rest as they say is history. Martin immediately recognized her talent and potential and knew she would succeed in the “Personal Service Staffing Industry.”

Denise has been with Greenhouse for almost 16 years now. She’s built a Nationwide Reputation. Her name is well known amongst the rich & famous. However, it’s the tiny gifts and numerous thank you notes from the hundreds of candidates she has helped find work for, that she says: “is truly gratifying.”

ulia, a Chemical Engineer born and raised in the Soviet Union first came to the US on a business trip in 1997. After four months working with Foster Wheeler, she knew she was coming back someday. Yulia’s love for America was so great that she left her job and returned to the US in 1998, determined to stay and make a healthy life for herself here.

For the first four years in America, Yulia worked for various families, from formal houses on Park Avenue to being a Nanny, caring for two little boys in Great Neck.

Yulia began at Greenhouse Agency as a receptionist, determined to learn the business and work her way up the ladder.

Today, Yulia is a successful “placement specialist” who’s managed to develop her own reputation and enjoys a wonderful following. Though difficult in the beginning, Yulia persevered, having experience of her own as a Household/Domestic Worker. Her work as a counselor goes hand in hand with her natural talent for being thorough and meticulous.

With Blackberry in hand, Yulia is talking, e-mailing & texting 24/7. Whether it’s the heartfelt appreciation she receives from her candidates or the gratitude from the families she finds the perfect staff for, Yulia lives & breathes this business.

esse Vanacore moved to New York City in 2010 after graduating from Bard College where he studied literature and creative writing. He started working in domestic staffing when he happened upon Greenhouse Agency looking for a job. Glenn Greenhouse saw the potential in him, hired him on the spot and the rest is history. Today, when making placements, Jesse’s focus lies in the importance of chemistry between Employer and Employee. He enjoys reading, writing and playing music in his spare time.

arrett Finley, born and raised in Southern California, has been a native New Yorker for the past three years.

Garrett was fortunate to team up with Greenhouse Agency in 2011, and looks forward to helping solve your “household/domestic staffing” needs.

Garrett enjoys the challenges of successfully finding a perfect match for both the “job-seeker” and the “employer,” making sure both parties are content and satisfied.
