We are seeking a professional Housekeeper/Cook to assist a nice family with two children (ages 8 & 13) with the maintenance of their beautiful home. Candidate will be responsible for all housekeeping duties including:

• Home organization.
• Laundry & ironing.
• Cooking family style meals 2-3 times per week.
• Great cleaning skills.
• Dog walking twice a day (one small dog).
• Taking care of vendors.

This is a live-out position schedule Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM, with Saturday & Sunday off. Candidate must also have:

• Legal status to work in the US.
• Fluent English.
• The ability to be meticulous on the job.
• Good communication skills.

Pay will be set at $20 per hour (Gross).

An elderly couple is in need of a Housekeeper with good cooking, laundry, and ironing skills. This is a live-in position and the days off are Saturday & Sunday, but you must be flexible. This is a very busy household for six months of the year when the family is in NYC. There is already a part-time housekeeper staffed and a personal assistant.

Duties include formal table setting and serving, polishing silver, artwork, antiques, etc. Excellent housekeeping skills are required and an abundance of energy. Must be great at multi-tasking. Healthy cooking skills needed for lunches & dinners. Spanish speaking is a plus.
