A professional Driver/Houseman is needed to assist a high-end family in their daily transportation as well as maintaining their 7-story Manhattan townhouse & Southampton home. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes and be kid friendly (They have 3 kids, ages 9, 11, and 15). Candidate will be responsible for driving family and children daily, assisting staff with childcare & for assisting staff with housekeeping duties. Requirements for this role are as followed:

• Legal status to work in the US.

• Must be a team player.

This is a live-out position throughout most of the year with days off being Saturday/Sunday. Will be live-in during July & August with days off being Tuesday/Wednesday. Must be able to work long hours & be flexible with work hours (will pay overtime).

A full-time Houseman is needed for the maintenance of a Park Avenue high-end home and a Southampton home. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Home organizing.

Seeking a well-rounded Houseman/Caretaker to assist in managing a large family estate. Looking for a “jack of all trades” type, someone who can look after the house, the grounds, and all family needs. Candidate will also be responsible for meeting with vendors, pool cleaners, landscapers, and flower arrangers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Food preparation. (Cooking would be a huge plus.)

Schedule is Thursday through Monday with Tuesday & Wednesday off. Salary is set between $60,000-$80,000 with health insurance and 2 weeks paid vacation.
