You will also have to do some housekeeping, care for delicate expensive items, crystals, woods, furniture, etc… Keep everything organized and tidy.

Apt provided and can live there the 7 days!!

This is a formal house with more staff so you must be a team player and be flexible with days off.

A high-end family is seeking a professional Maid to take charge in the maintenance of their beautiful 7-story Manhattan townhouse & Southampton home. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes and will be responsible for all housekeeping as well as assisting in light childcare for three children aged 9, 11, & 15 years old. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Home organizing.
• Detailed cleaning.
• Wonderful laundry & ironing skills.
• Assisting with children.
• Light cooking.

This position is live-out scheduled Thursday through Monday, 11 AM to 9 PM when working in the Manhattan townhouse but will be live-in during July & August at the Southampton home. Must be flexible enough to work every weekend. Additional qualities needed are:

• Legal status to work in the US.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be meticulous on the job.
• Must be dog friendly (2 dogs).
• Must love children.

Pay will be set at $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
