Job is five days live out flexible schedule 8-10 hours a day.
Job includes all the housekeeping,cleaning,laundry,ironing,cooking family style meals,driving for grocery shopping and errands.
Candidate must live close to the area.
Cooking dinners 3 days a week.
Taking care of vendors and deliveries.
Must speak Fluent English.
Tech savvy,ordering on line.
Check and manage outlook calendar on daily basis.
Schedule and confirm all meetings.
Schedule out door cleaning,like pool cleaning,landscape contractor,window cleaning, painter etc.
Prepare all parties and guest arrivals.
Organize and book vacations.
Drive as needed.
Must have 6 plus years of domestic check-able references working for families.

A fancy family of 3, residing in the West Village, wants to hire a live-out Housekeeper to care for their beautiful townhouse. This job is strictly liveout with no Hampton commitments and is ideal for someone energetic who loves dogs, is a good team player, can work weekends and preferably also speaks Spanish. Responsibilities include: full charge housekeeping, laundry, ironing, clean valuable surfaces, pack and unpack for principals, organize closets, walking the dog.

All qualified applicants should be able to work weekends, have 5+ years experience, have at least a work permit, speak English and Spanish, be pet friendly, work well with others, be experienced, detail oriented, meticulous, have checkable references.

Schedule is Sunday – Thursday 9AM-5:30PM, Fri/Sat off and salary is $85,000 plus overtime, health insurance and bonus. Immediate start.
