Requirement/Duties:
A top family with formal homes, living on Long Island North Shore and NYC, needs to hire a Exec. Housekeeper/House Manager to care for their staffed homes. This position is for a natural leader who can motivate and train staff, create manuals, schedule work weeks, and function as a liaison to the principals. Responsibilities include: demonstrate top housekeeping and laundry skills, hire and fire staff members, oversight of ultra-luxury furnishings.
All successful applicants should be able to work weekends, have a car with valid driver’s license, be computer savvy, have good presentation, have 5+ years experience, be a great team player, work well with others, be fully Covid vaccinated, detail oriented, have good references at similar homes, communicative, organized.
Schedule is 5 days flexible, 9AM-5PM and salary is generous with full benefits. Immediate start.
