* Daily and scheduled deep cleaning
* Implement and oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cleaning schedule
* Care for fine art, antiques, and for plants
* Organize closets and drawers. Change out seasonal wardrobe
* Assist with all laundry and ironing.
* Manage inventory of household supplies
* Pack and unpack for travel
* Set and serve formal table
* Must drive
* Pet and child friendly (2 dogs)
* Able to travel when needed Local (Florida) and to work weekends
* Care for vendors, deliveries and contractors
* Work as team with other staff
* Computer/Text Savvy
* Assist the house manager when needed and report all activities

**Must have at least 5 yrs working in formal homes***

Must be able to drive and should be computer literate. Looking for an honest, discreet, energetic, and responsible person. Should be detailed oriented and proactive. True service mind with excellent written and verbal English!!!

A well-known couple, residing Downtown Manhattan, needs to hire a live-out After-School Nanny to care for their 6 children, all below 12 years old. This is a unique opportunity for a smart and energetic nanny who is fun and playful and respects privacy. Together with another nanny you will take care of the older 4 kids. Responsibilities include: keeping children engaged, bedtime routine, arrange play dates, school drop-off and pick-up, create fun games, engage in fun-filled play, bring to the park.
