Properties are used seasonal, but must be maintained daily. Must be someone with Knowledge of different equipment: Mowers, Riding Mowers, Electric Saw, Medium Size Tractor, Back Pack & Walk behind Leaf Blowers, Blade Trimmer & String Trimmer. Able to maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters. Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves), checking boilers, freezing pipes, running the faucets daily, flushing the toilets daily, cleaning gutters, etc. Care for deliveries and able to interact with vendors to do work on the property. Familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections. Understand control panels and functions.
