A professional Houseman/Driver is needed to assist a high end family in their daily transportation as well as maintaining their 7 story Manhattan townhouse & Southampton home. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes and be kid friendly (3 kids aged 12yrs, 14yrs, 18 yrs old). Candidate will be responsible for driving family and children daily, assisting staff with childcare & for assisting staff with housekeeping duties. Requirements for this role are as followed.

* Housekeeping, including deep cleaning (power wash windows)
* Care for patios, pool, guest house
