Answer phone calls and email. Audit bills and administer checkbook. Keep organized files for all papers and receipts. Monthly bank reconciliation. Event planning. Make a reservation for flights,hotels etc. Arrange oversee routine maintenance on homes. Handle all insurance issues. Hiring,scheduling and supervising of household staff. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
