• Retired/Ex-Police background is required.
• Must be GPS savvy.

• Must have an understanding of automobile maintenance.
• Must have great communication skills.

A family wants to hire a live-out Nanny to care for their 2 children, a 1 year old boy and a 3.5 year old girl who is in school from 9 AM to 2 PM. Must be legal as some travel is required. Mandarin speaking is a plus. Must be someone who is reserved and who can follow the parents’ instructions. Must have professional experience with references. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Must work 1 Saturday per month. Salary is $25 per hour.

This lovely couple on a great estate in Long Island is looking for an energetic & pleasant Cook/Housekeeper who can cook healthy meals, help the housekeeper with laundry and house cleaning, do groceries, do the bedding, setting the table and serving semi-formally, and cooking meals for 7 PM dinnertime (on occasion cooking for 8 to 10 people).
