A nice family is seeking a professional Housekeeper to assist in the cleanliness & maintenance of their large Upper East Side apartment, as well as the care of their four young children aged 5-9 years old. Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• 80% Home Cleaning.
• 20% Childcare.
• Great laundry & ironing.
• Light cooking of family-style meals.
• Running errands.
• Great cleaning skills.

Position is live-out with the schedule being Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM (till 6:00 PM two days out of the week) with days off being Saturday & Sunday. We are looking for someone that speaks fluent English & Spanish, is fit & able, and who is meticulous on the job. Candidate must be capable of working long hours as these are 50-52 hour work weeks.
 
Pay is set to be $52,000-$65,000 per year, dependent on experience plus benefits.

A high-end family is seeking a professional Maid to take charge in the maintenance of their beautiful 7-story Manhattan townhouse & Southampton home. Candidate must have experience working in formal homes and will be responsible for all housekeeping as well as assisting in light childcare for three children aged 9, 11, & 15 years old.
