A busy lady on the Upper East Side, located in Manhattan, wants to hire a live-out Personal Assistant to care for their projects at home. Ideal candidate is someone who can think quick on their feet, is smart and can juggle several projects at once. Responsibilities include: Working together well with the mom, help oversee renovation, interact with vendors, follow up with clients, schedule restaurant and travel plans.

All successful applicants should have at least a Green Card, be computer savvy, have good presentation, be college-educated, work well with others, be a self-starter, communicative, organized.

Schedule is Monday – Friday 9-5 and salary is $70-90K. Immediate start.
