This position requires someone with great long term refences as a Facilities Manager; with experience working for High End Families.

Responsible for overseeing and coordinate everything regarding the property.
Must be a great handyman. Familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections: Pool and spa. Understand control panels and functions. Care for vendors, deliveries, contractors, etc. Maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters. Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves, etc). Pet care, dog, vet appointments.

Must drive + clean record
At least 5 years experience or more needed in a formal home
