Personal Assistant job available in Manhattan Midtown East.

Manhattan-based family of six is seeking to hire a full-time live-out Personal/ Family Assistant for their property in Manhattan.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 am to 7:30 pm
Staff: Full Time
Salary: DOE 65-70K can be 50/50 + paid vacations and holidays

Requirement:

• Must have experienced with children
• Sometimes will have take kids to activities and supervise
• Management of other household staff
• Management of vendors and service providers
• Management of constantly changing and complicated schedule and calendar for all family members
• Plan children’s seasonal schedules and after-school activities
• Bookkeeping, including payroll for household staff, approve and pay invoices related to ongoing management and maintenance of residences
• Must be computer very savvy: MAC, expert Excel, MS Office Suite
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks at one time

*Minimum of 3 yrs of related experienced and reference for one client only*
