A busy family with a strong design sense, living on Park Avenue, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to care for daily administrative needs. This job is perfect for someone super organized who can multi-task, is proactive, smart, Mac-proficient. You will manage the life of the principal and should enjoy creative design projects. Responsibilities include: organize media libraries, post on social media, manage calendars, interface with vendors, handle all email, manage schedule and social calendar, follow up promptly, multi-task.

All eligible applicants should be a native English speaker, have 5+ years experience, be fully Covid vaccinated, detail oriented, have checkable references, be a self-starter, communicative, organized, punctual.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:30-6:30 and salary is $80,000. Immediate start.
