We are seeking top notch Family Exe. Personal Assistant. This role consists of personal assistant, household responsibilities and office assistant. Candidate will be required to assist in many ongoing projects, as well as be able to assist in the household.

Qualifications for this role include

* Great computer skills/Tech Savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Strong organization skills
* Self started
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
* Detail Oriented
* Schedule Flexibility
* Must have long term references
* Take care for vendors, deliveries, shopping, parties, events
* Manage calendar, school projects, extra curricular activities
* Able to coordinate between studio office and home office
* Manage projects, assist with social media
* Prioritize daily list/schedule, updates
* Assist with pet care
* Scholl pick up as needed

This is a fulltime position with flexibility. Schedule usually from Monday to Friday.
