This busy family with a large house in the Westchester area and a home in Manhattan is looking for a hardworking and skilled PA/house manager who can be very hands-on, has neat presentation, has at least 5 years experience in formal homes overseeing staff, 3-5 years with one HNW family.

The successful hire will work to manage staff schedules, supervise and train all employees, manage proposals and contracts, and plan events and parties.

The ideal candidate has perfect English skills both written and spoken, is computer savvy, can drive with own car, is ultra flexible without attachments and has great interpersonal skills. He or she should have a quiet demeanor, respect privacy and be discreet at all times, possess a good service mentality and a 24/7 mindset, and be able to pitch in everywhere.

Schedule: 5 days flexible (50 hours a week minimum), 2 days off.

Salary: $120,000 per year.
