This a low-key, quiet residence and fully renovated 3 Story Town House.

Someone that have handyman skills to fix things around the house. Knowledge of mechanical & electronic system. Assist with with heavy duty cleaning. Excellent communication skills. Very hands-on. Oversee and manage staff’s schedules, payments, etc. Manage Proposals & Contracts. Care for vendors, deliveries and running errands. Someone with thick-skinned.

Must be flexible, computer/tech savvy and willing to stay for a long term.

Job is a mix of in-person and remote days.
