Requirement/Duties:
A Mid level House Manager needed to assist a single,mature lady in the city.
Schedule is live out Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the weekly maintenance, upkeep of the interior and exterior areas of the property.
Manage weekly household attendants.
Manage and maintain the servicing of all mechanical equipment and home systems to ensure home is always operational and fully functioning (HVAC, plumbing,electrical and alarm system)
Take care of vendors.
Run errands.
Schedule and manage weekly,monthly,quarterly, and annual service and maintenance appointments for the home.
The ideal candidate should have some handyman background skills,ability to lift moderate to heavy objects around the home.
Looking for a low-key, quiet and reserved person.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Legal to work.
Must have verifiable references that we can call.
Interviews will be this week and job starts A.S.A.P.
