Requirement/Duties:
An important family, living in Miami, needs to hire a Estate Manager to care for their six properties, including one under construction. 2 homes in Miami, 3 in Hamptons and an apartment in Manhattan need to be managed and overseen. Job is liveout in Miami and involves getting the new house built with close supervision of general contractor and crew. Responsibilities include: excellent and longterm experience managing high-caliber properties, preferably with construction background, oversee and hire/fire large staff.
All successful applicants will be interested in long-term, have a car with valid driver’s license, have 5+ years experience, be open to relocate, be legal to work and travel, speak good English, Spanish speaking is a plus, be pet friendly, have formal experience, have a strong work ethic, have strong communication skills, be Covid vaccinated, work well with others, be polished and presentable, detail oriented, have good references at similar homes.
Schedule is Mon-Fri 9-6 and salary is $200,000 plus health insurance and 401K. Immediate start.
